We've spent a long time creating individual staff induction booklets for companies and wanted to create something of a high standard, excellent quality and at an affordable price for the users of BARventure - we've finally managed it!

The BARventure customisable induction booklet is a paperback booklet consisting of 26 pages enclosed in a hard wearing front and back cover. Its perfect bound which means its folded and stapled down the centre and printed in black and white on high quality white paper.

It includes key sections on Health and Safety, COSHH, fire safety, customer service and many other sections which can form part of your due diligence for your business.

Induction books are a fantastic way of getting new staff members quickly up to speed on their responsibilities and the expectations you have off them. It also helps to make them feel more confident in their role and better able to perform their duties. The BARventure Induction Booklet is fully customisable to your individual business and can be added to, adjusted or modified to include the information that you want. This freedom allows you to give your training and induction process a fantastic boost in effectiveness and professionalism.

Your staffing costs are always going to be your biggest outgoing and effective training is the best way to improve guest care, staff retention and profits - this induction booklet helps by building a basis for you to work from.

When you decide to purchase our induction book we ask you to provide us with a few simple pieces of information about your business. We then re-write our induction booklet to suit your business and e-mail you a soft copy in Microsoft Word. This soft copy is for you to modify or adjust as you see fit. When you are happy with it you e-mail it back to us and we get hard to work on the job of printing your personalised induction book. As soon as its finished we send it out to ready to be given to your staff members.

The whole process takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

The really special thing about this is that after your first order, which must be for a minimum of 5 booklets, you can order as little as one book at a time as long as you don't want to make any changes. This brings quality induction booklets within the reach of even the smallest businesses without them having to purchase 250 copies!

If you want to edit the book in any way you will again be required to order a minimum of 5 booklets.

There is no set up fee or creation charge for us to create your induction book - just a simple charge of £9.95 per booklet plus a P&P charge of £4.95 per order. If you would like to order more than 25 booklets please e-mail us first to discuss a special discounted price.

Click on the link below to download a locked copy of the booklet to get an idea of the product. Then to purchase, click on the paypal button and enter the quantity of books you require. We'll e-mail you within 24 hours to ask you for some information about your business so that we can get to work on your induction book. The soft copy will normally be with you in 2-3 days but may take up to 7 days.
