can we help?
BARventure Hospitality Consultancy can help any
small to medium sized hospitality business that feels it isn't performing
where it should be. This can be anything from Guesthouses, to Restaurants,
to Deli's, Pubs, Pizza Bars, Hotels, B&B's, Coffee Shops, Juice
Bars and so on.
We currently mainly work inside London, the South and the South East.

can you do for my business?
We can help identify failings and growth
opportunities in many different areas of your business ranging from
the customer journey through to menu development, management structure,
training, presentation, customer experience and back of house functions.
We work closely with you and your team to identify your goals and then
help guide you towards achieving them.
We act as a second pair of eyes to your business, helping to identified
the things holding you back. Many SME owners and operators are so close
to their businesses and so personally and financially involved that
it becomes very hard to remain objective. Passion superceeds sound business
judgement and the details that are so vital in connecting with your
target market can often get lost.
Our services are individually tailored to suit your needs which means
that every business is handled differently. We don't have generic forms
which will fill in - everything is created specifically for your business.
All our clients receive a full written report detailing our observations,
reasons and recommendations (O.R.R) for their business and we priortise
the work into one of three categories - high, medium and low. This 'checklist
of changes' can then be used as a map to help you grow and improve your
business.

are you different from other Consultancy Firms?
BARventure
Consultancy only works with SME's. We feel there are already enough
large Consultancy Firms out there to help the big guys - we're here
for the little ones. The people who ploughed all their savings into
a restaurant and need a nudge in the right direction. We keep things
simple and don't overcomplicate things with useless jargon.
Everyone
that works for BARventure Consultancy works on a freelance basis and
all of us hold down full time jobs within the industry. This means that
we can employ the right people specific to the needs of your business
- you don't just get the first available 'management consultant'.
We
all work off of laptops and we don't have big flash offices to pay for.
This keeps our costs low and our flexibility high.
So
how much do you charge?
Our
prices are individually tailored to you based on business size and the
areas you would like us to help you with. For a basic consultancy involving
a review of the customer experience and journey, business offer, margin
improvement and profit conversion, prices start from £450.
This involves two to three site visits, our full report and a follow
up meeting to discuss our recommendations - all of which takes about
4-6 weeks.
